So I want to make Flux 3 while I’m home for Christmas break since I am no longer going to Indiana. I need all ideas that you can think of for the movie, so leave them as comments!!!

The stitches came out today and Matt still won’t party with me! Not much has changed, it’s been a slow recovery. He’s still on the jello, soup, and pudding diet, but he did manage to eat a baked potato the other night and a sweet potato the night before. I think being home is what depresses him most, but I suppose he’s feeling better…

Matt doesn’t seem to be feeling much better. He’s been going out a little, but he’s crossed the parties off his list. Other than watching movies, he sleeps a lot – dreaming he had a girlfriend to take care of him while he’s feeling so lousy. The holes in his mouth are aching and he’s switched from Advil to Tylenol because he heard Advil makes you bleed.

We were supposed to go out on his boat today – I guess when we made the plans on Wednesday he thought he’d be feeling better by now, but it’s a crappy day out and apparently the boat isn’t in the best shape. Hopefully he’ll be happier after Tuesday when he gets his stitches out (and when he finds a girlfriend)!

Feel better Matt!

I did NOT slack! I am simply not blog savvy. Matt had to teach me first. So now that I know, here goes…

To tell you the truth I’m a little confused as to why both Matt and myself thought I should blog this experience, as I said before I’ve never blogged, and clearly this is about Matt’s pain not my own. I didn’t really know what he was feeling because we had only communicated via instant messenger after he got his teeth out, BUT I will try my best to tell you all about Matt’s wisdom teeth woe’s as someone who’s been there to keep him company and mommy him.

Matt had his teeth out Tuesday – which according to his mother should have come out years ago. I haven’t had mine out yet, but after all the stories I’m terrified! It sounds like it was a hellish 24 hours.

I didn’t get to Jupiter until Wednesday night and Matt wasn’t feeling well enough for a visit… I couldn’t wait to see his chipmunk cheeks! Two days after his surgery, I finally got to see miserable Matt – who suprisingly wasn’t doing bad at all. After the stories of nausea and mouthfuls of blood (I’m so glad I missed the puking part), I didn’t expect to see a smiling – chubby cheeked, but smiling Matt answering the door. It was the day he would be the most swollen and the day he could switch from ice packs to heat. I set him up with a warm washcloth in a ziploc and made him chicken soup. I felt like a parent watching their child, hoping he wouldn’t choke – good thing there was only one square of chicken in his Campbell’s. He ate it with a plastic spoon from Dairy Queen so he wouldn’t accidently bite down on a metal one and hurt himself. Poor boy could hardly open his mouth, he had no problem talking, but he could barely yawn. I tried to take pictures inside his mouth, but he couldn’t open wide enough and he was too swollen.

The Advil kept him pretty happy – he even kept his promise to make me french toast, I totally won that lunch trade! After lunch, a warm washcloth, salt water, and more Advil, I felt the need to get him out of the house – mostly because re-runs of America’s Next Top Model had failed to entertain us. Matt brought his baby, I mean camera (does that thing have a nickname yet?), and I got us lost in the Farms looking for a photo op. Unfortunately the sun was going down and the Farms are fucking boring!

So that was pretty much our day, well with one more trip to publix for more soup. I left the big boy to take care of himself, he even went out to see a movie. I think he’s feeling much better…

Since Melanie slacked and so did I, she didn’t blog yet about my surgery.

Well, it sucked. It hurt, I had the lower 2 impacted, so they were a bitch to remove. The gas they gave me was pretty cool, it was a new experience, however getting like 50 shots in ur mouth to numb it, that sucks.

The day of surgery was painful, and it turns out that since I was so numb, I didn’t bite down hard enough on the gause to stop the bleeding, so I had to use teabags (green tea at that, it was gross), to stop the bleeding. And then I found out that percoset (being an opiate) makes me vomit. So that sucked again.

I switched to advil, kept ice on my face, and its not that horrible. I am not able to suck down some soup, gargle with saltwater, and use hot washcloths on my face to bring the swelling down. I look like a fatass lol. So far my diet from Tues – Friday has been Jello, Pudding, 2 cans of chicken and rice, water, gatorade, cranberry juice, lots of water, applesauce, and water. And 2-4 advil every 4-6 hours.

More updates later this week. I got to hang out with some friends today, see a movie, get out of this horrid house, so that was nice. Ugh I still hate Jupiter, it will always just be terrible memories of my ex-gf. Hell, I haven’t even been to Jupiter in like a year except to break up with my ex.

I hope to start blogging again on a regular basis. I enjoy ya’lls comments. Thanks.

Over the break, I am getting my wisdom teeth out. Melanie King is going to blog about the experience for me, complete with pictures. This should be interesting. She’ll be writing it on DHermit.com, for me.
