I have GOT to get myself one of these bad boys….

http://www.media.mit.edu/press/clocky/

Clocky is, quite simply, for people who have trouble waking up.

When the alarm clock goes off and the snooze button is pressed, Clocky will fall off of the bedside table and wheel away, bumping mindlessly into objects on the floor until he eventually finds a spot to rest. Minutes later, when the alarm sounds again, the over-sleeper must get up out of bed and search for Clocky. Because you employ multiple senses to find the clock, you are sure to awake before disabling the alarm. Small wheels enable Clocky to move and reposition himself, and an internal computer helps him find a new hiding spot every day.

I am thinking of buying the SD200 to do video blog updates. Short little clips that I can update daily, every other day, or weekly. If anyone has any experience with the camera and its VIDEO features, please comment. I don’t need it for still photography.

I have an awesome programmer, but he doesn’t do design work.

This is for the next version of www.photofights.com

It’s going to have tons of more features and such, however, I also suck at design. I designed the current layout.

This is a posistion for someone who wants to get their work out there. There is no intial pay, however I will give you a % of the money from google ads.

This is an open-restriction project. And by that I mean… you can be really creative. You will work with myself, my programmer, and perhaps a graphics designer unless you can do it all yourself.

This site uses PHP.

Anyone interested, please contact me.

I have been at DG Con all weekend, if you don’t know what it is, don’t worry about it. All you need to know is that STC is the greatest.

Ok so also, Filmfights is finally updated and I have a video on there. Kyle and Yuri also have videos on there. I suggest you head over to Film Fights and watch the videos, then vote for whatever one you think is best.

The future of computing input devices is here. What is it?

TactaPad – The Tactile, Immersive, Two-Handed Input Device

This device is really, really cool! It lets you put your hands over this large, half tablet like, half touchpad on a standard laptop, and creates a shadow on the screen. If you watch their demo movies, available on this page, you can see exactally what they mean. The 2nd one is the one that has the audio and explains the whole concept inside of their unique drawling studio.

Even though the device is not for sale, it should be available someday, I just hope its available for windows platforms, as it seems right now it is designed for MAC’s.

So I’ve been taking a lot of photos lately. I figured I’d share the site where I host all of my images at, because I finally re-designed it.

Matt Pollitt.com

If you would like any of the files in high-resolution format to print yourself, please just contact me, my information is on there. I’ve already had a handful of people ask for higher resolution and I have no problem getting them for you and sending them to you, for free.

A fan sent this to me, I thought it was pretty funny, only if you’ve seen “Endless Trampolines” though.
